An emergency is something actively hurting your business right now: ransomware, a breach in progress, or a core system down with no workaround. Those go to the emergency line and jump every queue. Everything else (a broken printer, a new-hire setup, a software question) is a support request through the portal and is handled in turn.
Four tools, all free, no account required for your first scan: a vulnerability scanner (TLS, security headers, exposed files like .git and .env), an email security check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a performance score (Core Web Vitals from real measurements), and a technical SEO audit. They're passive and read-only. They never touch anything but public, unauthenticated data.
Scans you run anonymously are discarded after your report is generated. If you create a free account, your scan history is saved so you can compare scores over time, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. We never sell scan data or use it to cold-call you.
Quotes and general inquiries get a reply within one business day. Emergency contacts are triaged immediately. If you leave a voicemail on the emergency line, call back rather than waiting; the second call is how we know it's live.
