What we collect
Account information (name, email) when you register; contact and quote form submissions; scan targets you submit to our free tools along with your IP address and consent record; order details when you purchase. Our analytics are cookieless and self-hosted (Umami) — no advertising trackers, no data sale, ever.
How we use it
To provide the services you asked for, to operate and secure the platform, and to communicate with you about your account or requests. Scan logs are retained 12 months for abuse prevention, then purged.
Your rights under PIPEDA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact privacy@felixoustech.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we ever experience a breach posing real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and backups are encrypted before leaving our infrastructure. Access is limited to the founders, protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication, and every administrative action is audit-logged.
