Why your business email gets spoofed (and the three DNS records that stop it)
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC explained for business owners — what they do and why missing records let anyone send email as you.

If a scammer emailed your biggest client tomorrow pretending to be you, would your email system stop it? For most small businesses, the honest answer is no — because three DNS records were never set up.
SPF lists which servers may send mail for your domain. DKIM signs outgoing mail so receivers can verify it wasn't altered. DMARC tells receivers what to do when checks fail — and gets you reports when someone tries.
None of this requires new software. It requires someone who knows what they're doing to spend an afternoon in your DNS. We check all three free with our Business Email Security tool — try it on your own domain.
